You know strict Calvinistic christians already have this? At least in The Netherlands. Sunday is their day to rest. The only thing they do is walk to church and back, at home it is forbidden to use a pc, phone or tablet and they already don’t have a TV, so that’s off the table too. So the simple solution is to reinstate the sundays as they do.

Unfortunately for them the 24/7 industry has come to The Netherlands too and while they are trying to keep the shops closed on sundays, it won’t last and one by one every small village will have open shops and businesses.
